Forward Air acquisition
Forward Air’s public filings state that it acquired certain assets and liabilities of J&P Hall Express Delivery in May 2021. The transaction expanded Forward Air’s pickup and delivery, LTL, truckload, LCL, CFS warehousing and airport-transfer presence across the Southeast.
